502 Madison was designed by architect Antonio Aiello, principal at Urban Design Workshop, and developed as a joint venture partnership between Hoboken-based Ursa Development Group and Fields Development Group. The lush patio garden was executed by landscape architecture firm Melillo & Bauer Associates.

This new construction comprises: six 1-bedroom homes, three 2-bedroom homes, eight 3-bedroom homes, and one 4-bedroom home. The building includes: elevator, onsite parking, fitness room, lobby, communal terrace, and a communal outdoor garden with fire pit, grill, lounge chairs, and outdoor seating.
